Our doctors are independent practitioners, meaning they set their own availability, appointment types, fees, and determine the appropriate billing.
All independent medical practitioners are registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and abide by AHPRA regulations.

Dr Miriam Blashki
GP + Director
Dr Miriam Blashki focuses on lifestyle intervention as a first-line treatment to improve your health and wellbeing. She believes in healthcare for the real world, empowering her patients to take a proactive approach to their health and well-being. Her collaborations with allied health and medical professionals equate to high-quality care for all Honeycomb patients.
Miriam offers extended hours on Thursdays and occasional Sundays.

Dr. Ingrid van Tinteren
GP + Family Medicine Specialist
Dr Ingrid van Tinteren specialises in family medicine. She prides herself on being down-to-earth and realistic. Her focus is on early intervention and prevention where possible. She loves the variety of family medicine, including acute and chronic disease prevention and management, paediatric and adolescent medicine, and women’s and men’s health, including mental health.
Ingrid offers extended hours, 8-6, on Mondays.

Dr. Kirsty Dunhill
GP + Travel Medicine Specialist
Dr Kirsty Dunhill specialises in travel medicine and is Yellow Fever certified. She sees patients for travel advice and vaccinations as well as routine ongoing care. With over 30 years of experience in general practice and her special interest training, Dr Kirsty takes pride in ensuring her patients have adequate time in consultations to not feel rushed and have multiple concerns met when needed.
Kirsty’s appointments all run for 30 minutes or more.

Alex has gained a wealth of experience in hospitals across Melbourne, including working as a cardiac nurse in major tertiary teaching hospitals. Her extensive background means you’re in expert hands, whether you need routine care, guidance on managing your health, or just a bit of reassurance. With her passion for patient care and a talent for making people feel at ease, Alex believes healthcare should be as approachable as it is professional. Whether it’s answering your questions, giving top-tier advice, or just brightening your day, she’s all about keeping our patients happy and healthy.

Nurse
Susie has decades of nursing experience and comes to Honeycomb with a varied skillset. She has a particular interest in Advanced Care Planning and Health Assessments, from 45 years to 75+. Susie is passionate about her relationships with people, and her rapport with patients is something that people find immensely comforting while enjoying a good laugh. Susie is frequently spotted in the clinic on her days off, bringing the team delicious coffee, sweet treats, or participating in accessible chair yoga.
